Constructive conflict culture

  • In BARAKA live people who can deal with their feelings and emotions on their own responsibility and who connect with each other on this basis

  • Conflicts are not shunned or avoided, but are given a constructive, loving space in the form of, for example, mediation, dialogue and "forum".

  • We all carry unresolved trauma from our own lives and those of our ancestors. We learn to take more and more responsibility for them and not to transfer them to our fellow human beings.

  • In BARAKA we want to create save spaces in which we can meet in real depth.

    • For example, quarterly "intensive periods" in which we come together in a safe space to grow together would be conceivable
